[BUG] Repository not appearing in project selection despite correct GitHub App configuration

What's Wrong?
Repo: ptremmel/SPO-MasterDetail
GitHub App permissions are correctly configured (read/write access to code, PRs, issues, etc.)
Repository access is granted
After 10+ new sessions, the repo still does not appear in the project picker
Other repos (e.g. PTR_SPODevSetup) work fine
What Should Happen?
- New session in claude code
- Project [ptremmel/SPO-MasterDetail] can be selected in the Project picker
- Chat works on Project [ptremmel/SPO-MasterDetail]
Error Messages/Logs
There is no error message, only disfuntionality
Steps to Reproduce
- New session in Claude code
- Use Project picker
- Not all Repositories (as example: Project [ptremmel/SPO-MasterDetail]) will not be shown
- Can not select Project [ptremmel/SPO-MasterDetail]
