[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Output blocked by content filtering policy

Bug Description
I am trying to make regular edits in a Python script and keep hitting the API Error: 400 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"invalid_request_error","message":"Output blocked by content

It is unclear what this is or what is causing it. More importantly it is causing CC to stop working on the tasks I need it to complete.
