[Bug] Prompt input box loses fixed positioning after prolonged session runtime

Bug Description
Sometimes, after the session has been running for a while, scrolling starts to affect the prompt entry box. It no longer remains fixed, but disappers in the scrolling content. The behaviour/bug survives restarts and is only fixed using /clear.
