Context Limit Exceeded: Unable to Process Large Input with /compact Command

Bug Description
/compact will not work afterError: API Error: 400
{"type":"error","error":{"type":"invalid_request_error","message":"input
length and max_tokens exceed context limit: 197961 + 20000 > 204648,
decrease input length or max_tokens and try again"}} ... from my end it is unclear how to change input lenth or max_tokens
