[BUG] /insights gives error 'Error: EBUSY: resource busy or locked, open'

What's Wrong?

When I try to run /insights in Claude Code CLI I get this error: "Error: EBUSY: resource busy or locked, open" + "[PATH\...json"]. I do not have any other terminal open. Started fresh.

/insights should work
