[Bug] Claude Code hangs indefinitely during thinking phase with no output or response

Bug Description
Sometimes it just says thinking and like the time elapsed is three, four, five plus minutes and nothing happens. I'm connected to the internet, so that's fine. I do control o to expand, but there's nothing. It just seems to stop. And so then I just start a new conversation and a new terminal window. And try and start again and then that works, this happens across different repos, different sessions. It just like seems to work greatly and then all of a sudden everything just hangs and stops for you know sometimes ten plus minutes. Like it's just something going on in the back end where it's just everything's stopped. Anyways still very thankful though, keep up the great work frens :).
