[Feature Request] Add current working directory to window title for Claude Code instances

Question

**Bug Description**
It's difficult to distinguish claude code instances. They all have the same window title by default, and only sometimes change when they start a long task. I'd prefer if the current path is shown in the window title, the path I used for opening claude. Or at least the last directory, that would already help a lot. The default title `Claude Code` is completely useless. But if disable overrides of the terminal name, I can't see the current state of claude code.
