[Bug] Silent YAML parsing failure in agent front-matter with multi-line descriptions

Bug Description
The /agent command created me an agent with a multi-line description. Took me quite some time to figure out that the front-matter needs to be in a valid YAML format, otherwise CC fails silently at finding your agents. As end-user this is hard to catch because CC continues and "launches" your agent through the Task tool.
