[Feature Request] Display edit/code execution rationale and summary for approval decision

Bug Description
In case of edits or running commands or editing large chunks of code, especially for automatic corrections of the plan, often there is no clear reason or summary provided for what it tries to fix or what this specific edit is contributing to the requested solution. This makes it harder to asses whether to approve or deny. There should be a toggle to show this kind of info for each approval/deny, without the need to choose, no, ask for an explanation, and then get the same question again.
