[Bug] Claude unable to diagnose complex multi-file deployment issues with extensive codebase changes

Bug Description
having problems with a github deployment. Claude is having problems diagnosing the problem. We've made a lot of changes that are required for production but Claude is unable to diagnose and fix the problem after 4 hours.
