[FEATURE] When Claude Code is done implementing something, show a notification bubble on Claude Desktop.

Problem Statement

I often have 5-10 Claude Code conversations going on at once, working on different parts of the app I'm building. What's annoying is that Claude only gives me a notification on the Desktop app if the issue needs my attention. However, when an issue is done, I'm not alerted, and so I constantly have to click through the open conversations to see if it's done and I can go review the output so that I can archive issues that have successfully been fixed.

Proposed Solution

I'd like for there to be the option to have a little notification bubble when Claude Code has implemented a code update in a session. That way I am prompted to click on that thread and review what was done and do a quick QA check.
