Bug Description
issuu when try to delete a hook event , insted of delete it its duplicate the event <!-- A clear and concise description of the bug -->

Hi; I've replicated this issue. I am unable to delete hooks in Claude Code ui

Due to the regression, I recommend just editing the settings file directly. Sorry for the inconvenience.
If you want to delete an individual hook, you can select it, which should then lead you to a prompt asking if you want to delete it.

Yes, I was able to use claude to edit the settings.json manually :) Thanks for all you do
