[BUG] unable to delete hooks

Bug Description

issuu when try to delete a hook event , insted of delete it its duplicate the event <!-- A clear and concise description of the bug -->

Steps to Reproduce

Expected Behavior

event should be deleted <!-- What you expected to happen -->

Actual Behavior
