What's Wrong?
Steps to reproduce:
- Use Claude Code normally
- CLI displays tip: "Use /btw to ask a quick side question without interrupting Claude's current work"
- Type /btw followed by a question
- Get error: "Unknown skill: btw"
What Should Happen?
Expected behavior:
Either /btw should work as described in the tip, or the tip should not be shown.

Actual behavior:
The CLI suggests /btw as a feature, but it's not implemented. Typing it returns "Unknown skill: btw".
