[Bug] Ralph-loop: Backticks in quoted prompts passed to Bash causing command substitution error

Bug Description
When trying to use the /ralph-loop:ralph-loop command, backticks in the prompt (if contained within quotes) are apparently being passed to Bash directly somehow. The error is 'Command contains backticks (`) for command substitution'
