[Feature Request] Add CLI-only diff approval mode with shared context from IDE

Question

**Bug Description**
When running Claude + Rubymine connected, I want to have an option to show and approve the diffs in CLI only, but still have ability to share context (what I am looking at, what I have selected) with the CLI.
