What's Wrong?

Subject: Claude Code OAuth login fails - 500 error on Max subscription

Issue: Cannot authenticate Claude Code via OAuth.
Error: "OAuth error: Request failed with status code 500"
Previously got 401 "Invalid authentication credentials" after clearing credentials.
Browser shows "Build something great / You're all set" but CLI fails to complete handshake.
