Feature request: Allow customizing notification dot color in conversation list

When a conversation requires attention, a small orange dot appears at the top of the conversation item in the Claude Code panel. This color is hardcoded and cannot be customized.

Problem: The orange dot is hard to identify for some users depending on their theme or vision.

Proposed solution: Allow customization via a setting like claudeCode.notificationDotColor or expose the CSS class so it can be overridden via workbench.colorCustomizations.

Current behavior: Always orange, no way to change it through settings or theme customizations.
