[Feature Request] Add token usage metrics for context window optimization

Feature Description
It would be helpful to have a direct measure of what tokens in the context window are used to improve context efficiency. If you could provide a pattern of the attention accumulation of information that would be a foundation to inform tools like claude-context-optimizer that are currently trying to estimate the waste in context from the behaviour indirectly.
