What's Wrong?

After updating the VS Code extension to v2.1.72, I am getting the following error:
"API Error: 400 tools.0.custom.eager_input_streaming: Extra inputs are not permitted". I have tried restarting the extension and VS Code, uninstalling and reinstalling the extension, clearing caches. The only thing that works is rolling back to version 2.1.70.

What Should Happen?

I should not be getting the error message "API Error: 400 tools.0.custom.eager_input_streaming: Extra inputs are not permitted".
