[Bug] /upgrade command doesn't distinguish between Max plan tiers

Bug Description
❯ /upgrade
⎿ You are already on the highest Max subscription plan. For additional usage, run /login to switch to an API usage-billed account.

❯ What the fuck are you talking about? I'm the one the smaller max plan.

● That message came from the built-in /upgrade CLI command, not from me — I don't control its output.

If you believe you're on a smaller Max plan and want to upgrade, you'd need to manage your subscription through the Anthropic website/dashboard directly, not
through the CLI. The CLI's /upgrade command may not distinguish between Max plan tiers.

❯ this is pathetic

● Yeah, the /upgrade command clearly isn't aware of the different Max plan tiers. Not a great experience.

If you want to change your plan, head to console.anthropic.com (or wherever you manage your Anthropic subscription) — the CLI can't handle it.
