[BUG] Claude freezes 2s after startup - no version works

Environment

Bug Description

Steps to Reproduce

1. type claude
2. wait 2s

Expected Behavior

claude should not crash

Actual Behavior

consoel is unresponsive, cannot type anything

Additional Context

Tried about 10 different versions, in different working directories, also in directories where claude was never used before. Tried different terminals.. Doesn't matter. Claude will freeze after 2s and just hangs forever.
