[BUG] AskUserQuestion missing from Cowork VM after v1.1.5749

After updating to 1.1.5749 (Mar 8), AskUserQuestion is no longer available in Cowork tab. Code tab works fine. Was working the night before the update. macOS MacBook Air M-series.
