Claude Code responding with 401 across multiple machines even though login flow (Max plan), desktop, web apps work.

Bug Description
Getting the following error on multiple machines:

API Error: 401 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"authentication_error","message":"Invalid
OAuth token. The provided token was not found or is malformed."}}

Persists after /logout & /login, deleting credential from macOS keychain and running /login, closing and restarting terminal. /doctor reports no issues, the npm package is up to date. I am still a Max plan subscriber and claude works fine in the Desktop and web app. Many others are reporting this issue on Twitter, Reddit, and Github.
