[FEATURE] Title: Feature request: Interactive session deletion picker (claude --delete)

Problem Statement

Currently claude --resume provides a nice interactive picker to select and resume past sessions. It would
be great to have a similar interactive picker for deleting sessions.

Proposed Solution

claude --delete

This would show the same session list as --resume, but allow selecting sessions to delete instead.

Currently the only way to delete sessions is manually removing .jsonl files from ~/.claude/projects/,
which is not very user-friendly.
