[Bug] Cannot generate new referral pass after previous one expires

Bug Description
Issue: Cannot generate a new referral pass after the previous one expired

I generated a free week trial pass for a friend last week, but they didn't use it before it expired. Now when I run /passes, it copies the same expired link to the clipboard instead of offering to generate a new one. There's no way to revoke the expired pass or create a fresh one. Expected behavior:
expired passes should either auto-clear or there should be an option to regenerate a new link.
