The https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/actions/workflows/lock-closed-issues.yml bot locks open, non-stale issues without a prior warning.
What Should Happen?
Open, non-stale issues are not locked.

This is incorrectly marked as invalid. It describes the incorrect behaviot of the "lock-closed-issues" workflow.
After looking more carefully, I see the issue https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/21733#issuecomment-4019140063 was closed, so the bot was right to lock it.
