When using Claude Code in iTerm2 with a light/cream background, the slash command autocomplete menu shows no visible highlight on the selected item when
navigating with arrow keys. Changing iTerm2's selection color and minimum contrast has no effect — the highlight seems hardcoded to a color that blends with
light backgrounds.

Environment: iTerm2, zsh, macOS, light theme

Expected: Visible highlight on the focused item
Actual: All items look identical, impossible to tell which is selected
