Problem Statement

When an MCP server is used, the UI just states "Tool Loaded", but it doesn't say _which_ tool.

Proposed Solution

Instead of notifying me of "Tool Loaded" when using an MCP server, specify which MCP server was loaded. "Tool loaded" on its own doesn't give much insight.
