[Feature Request] Add token usage analysis and navigation for large codebases

Bug Description
I have a large number of issues as it pertains to token usage in a large codebase. I feel that Claude Code should be able to navigate to the appropriate sub-tree and learn how to use tokens more efficiently without running out.
