[Bug] Claude Code hangs with no token consumption or activity progress

Bug Description
It's almost like it's getting stuck. It just displays that its working and time pass, and there are no token increases. There is no activity. The time ticker keeps increasing, and I'm just waiting. This is happening now continuously for five different chats, and it's actually quite annoying.
