[Feature Request] Add timeframe parameter support to /insights skill

Bug Description
feature request: timeframe support for /insights skill. Would be great if I could ask Claude Code, "/insights from the last week or so." Last week I did /insights for the first time and have since implemented some of Claude's improvement suggestions. It would be nice if I could get my insights timeboxed onto my messages from the past week or so, for a fresh evaluation of my leveled-up mode of operation, without just getting a report that rehashes the old advice. I attempted the above command but the report still says it was generated over the entire past month (2026-02-04 to 2026-03-06). Thanks for taking the time to read this.
