[BUG] Output Blocked by content filtering.

What's Wrong?

When submitting a basic prompt I keep getting this error on all models.

Even re-wording the prompt, exiting and clearing context does not help.

What Should Happen?

Claude should perform task..

Steps to Reproduce

1. submit a prompt.
2. it will then timeout with the error.
