[Bug] Claude provides inaccurate OAuth redirect URL support claims without verification

Bug Description
claude gave incorrect information that slack, linear and jira support multiple oauth redirect URLs. when i asked it if it was sure it said yes for slack and JIRA and maybe for linear. a simple google search shows that it's supported for slack but not JIRA. when I told claude this it tried to do the google search which it said was blocked, then tried to search the JIRA docs which it also said it couldn't do. It looks like it made up that JIRA supports multiple OAuth redirect URLs without actually checking the docs
