[BUG] Cleared entire project without permission after crash

What's Wrong?

Claude lost a months worth of my project data, its just gone. It crashed and i opened it back up thread was gone, i checked the website too and its no where at all. Im extremely frustrated. This was very important for work and i have nothing to show now.

What Should Happen?

I would like credits back or a refund.
