ToolSearch results not shown in UI output

Summary

When ToolSearch is used to load deferred tools, the UI only shows a generic "Tool loaded." message. It doesn't tell the user which tool(s) were loaded.

Expected behavior

The UI should display the name(s) of the tool(s) that were loaded, e.g. "Tools loaded: Grep, Glob, Read, Agent" instead of just "Tool loaded."

Current behavior

• User sees: Tool loaded.
• No indication of which tool was found/loaded
• Makes it harder to follow what the agent is doing

Priority

Low — cosmetic/UX improvement, no functional impact.
