What's Wrong?

Description: Characters appear randomly at intervals, even while typing. Persists across Claude Code restarts.
Platform: Windows 11 Enterprise, Shell: bash.

The Claude Code team will need to investigate the terminal/PTY handling on Windows to fix this. This isn't something
that can be worked around on your end.
