[Feature Request] Reduce alert fatigue for compound bash command confirmations

Bug Description
compound bash command warning prompt engenders alert fatigue - negative-value from a security perspective.

See Therac-25 incident for why this prompt INCREASES Anthropic's risk level, not decreases.
