Filed upstream with Bun team: https://github.com/oven-sh/bun/issues/27790
Impact
Complete crash of the Claude Code session — all in-progress work is lost. Requires restarting claude.
Possible Fix
Updating Bun to a newer version (past 1.3.11) may resolve this. Consider bumping the bundled Bun version if the upstream fix is confirmed.
