[BUG] "Enable Remote Control for all sessions" option missing from /config

What's Wrong?

Description: The /config menu does not show the "Enable Remote Control for all sessions"
toggle option, despite being on a Max subscription.

Environment:

• Claude Code version: 2.1.63
• OS: Windows
• Subscription: Max plan

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Run claude in a project directory
2. Run /config
3. Option not listed

What Should Happen?

When running /config as a Max subscriber, the menu should display an "Enable Remote
Control for all sessions" toggle option (as shown in the
https://code.claude.com/docs/en/remote-control#enable-remote-control-for-all-sessions).

This would allow me to:

1. See the "Enable Remote Control for all sessions" option in /config
2. Toggle it to true to automatically enable Remote Control for every session

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Claude Code v2.1.63 on Windows
2. Run claude in any project directory
3. Log in with /login using a Max subscription account
4. Run /config to open the configuration menu
5. Look for "Enable Remote Control for all sessions" option
6. Option is not present in the menu
