It would be great to control timeout durations as this is useful for long-running tasks to prevent errors like:
Command timed out after 2m 0.0s
Command timed out after 5m 0.0s
Command timed out after 15m 0.0s
I often encounter command timeouts when querying Claude Code via SDK (claude -p "query")
