[BUG] Mismatched content block type content_block_delta thinking

What's Wrong?

This error popped up.

This keeps spinning, and will never show response.

However, if i close the vsc window and reopen, here possibly can see the fully response content. If i asked to edit, edit can be done while spinning. And, it might fix if i close all vsc windows and open just one window to use claude code plugin.

What Should Happen?

It should works normally.
