[Bug] Agent incorrectly assumes orchestrator role and requires excessive turns to complete tasks

Bug Description
Teammate incorrectly self-identified as a team-lead/orchestrator and then took MANY turns to get the goddamn message.

This is a kinda silly message. After compaction, one teammate decided that it was the orchestrator, and then began sending messages... to itself.... and didn't figure out until a few turns after I told it, that it was NOT the team-lead.
