[FEATURE] Rename Claude Code Function

Problem Statement

To help keep track of Claude Code projects, it would be super-helpful if they code be renamed after they are created. There does not seem to to be a way to do this in Claude for Mac v1.1.4498.

Proposed Solution

Create a rename functionality. either a, right click and rename option, or click on three dots option at right of name, or add /rename skill.
