[FEATURE] Create a custom homebrew cask for Claude Code

Problem Statement

When I run Claude Code, I sometimes see a message saying Update available! Run: brew upgrade claude-code.

When I run this command I see Warning: Not upgrading claude-code, the latest version is already installed.

This is caused by a delay in the cask receiving the update.

Proposed Solution

Create a custom Homebrew tap that contains the latest update to claude-code.
