[Bug] Claude Code memory bleeding across unrelated project sessions

Bug Description
I am an "Indie Hacker" / "Solo Entrapeneur". I work on a lot of different proejcts continuously. Claude memory is bleeding across sessions that have nothing to do with each other.
Example: I used claude code to read a "creative director" prompt which generates comps. I asked it to read in a brand guideline from a text file. I asked it to customize the prompt based on the business cretive guidlines. It added in content directly from a different project that didn't align with that brand. This has happened 3 times today.
