[Bug] Corrupted .claude.json files causing mid-chat text malformations in multi-session usage

Bug Description
I am getting lots of corrupter .claude.json messgaes in claude code. it has happened over 20 times now in last 24 hours. claude seems to repair the issue but it keeps appearing mid chat and malforming text. i am in powershell terminal direct. i am using multiple sessions. Also i keep having to oauth each new session at a greater frequency which is getting a bit frustrating, its more than i used to
