[Bug] OAuth tokens not persisted to Windows Credential Manager on MSYS/Git Bash

Bug Description

• Platform: Windows 11 with MSYS/Git Bash (via VS Code integrated terminal)
• Version: Claude Code 2.1.59
• Issue: OAuth tokens not persisted to Windows Credential Manager. cmdkey /list shows no Claude/Anthropic entries. User must re-authenticate ("choose account type" prompt) every time

a new terminal is opened.

• Config: ~/.claude.json has oauthAccount metadata but no tokens. ~/.claude/ has no credentials file.
