[Bug] Long-lived token auth status unclear and usage tab broken with setup-token

Question

**Bug Description**
if i use long life token (setup-token output), it is not obvious what account i am connected to when i use /status and the usage tab is broken with this error:

Error: Failed to load usage data: {"type":"error","error":{"type":"permission_error","message":"OAuth token does not meet scope requirement

```
