[Feature Request] Add support for direct image paste from clipboard without requiring local file save

Question

**Improvement Description**
We are using Claude in the VS Code terminal on Ubuntu. Currently, when we want to share an image as contextual reference, we cannot simply copy and paste it. Instead, we must first download the image to a local directory and then provide the file path.

It would be very helpful if we could implement functionality that allows users to directly copy and paste images without needing to save them manually beforehand.
