[Feature Request] Make terminal tab title format customizable when renaming sessions

Bug Description
When i rename a session, my GNOME terminal tab get rename using the session name eg "CI caching speedup". I'd like this format to be editable, eg I would be interested to have the tab renamed as "Claude [CI caching speedup]"
